The images submitted to the MBFC Image Box will be used online on official church channels which include the MBFC website, Facebook page and YouTube. They may also be used in slides for use on the church screens, church publications and publicity fliers.
I will keep a copy of the image on a computer hard disc and also upload a lower quality back up image to the church Google photos account.
I will maintain a separate list of owners, descriptions, consent (if necessary) and names of people in images so this data is not associated with the image when the image is uploaded to the internet. I will hold this data on a local drive and a cloud drive such as the ImageBox google drive.
