We are situated close to the Quadrant shopping centre in the Marshalswick area of St Albans. The church is on Sherwood Avenue facing the junction with Kingshill Avenue.
While the church only has a few parking spaces there is ample parking at the Quadrant shopping area and the Sherwood Avenue Recreation Ground which are both close to us. Please note that although parking is free the Quadrant car park has an enforced maximum stay time displayed at the entrance.
Take the A1081 towards Harpenden. Bear right at the junction with Sandridge Road and follow the road to the traffic lights at the King William IV. Turn right into Marshalswick Lane. At the first mini-roundabout turn left and the church is approximately 150 yards on your right.
From M1 North - Leave the motorway at Junction 9 and follow the signs to St Albans. As you approach the city turn left onto the ring road at the Batchwood roundabout. Follow the road through two sets of traffic lights. You will then be in Marshalswick Lane. At the first mini-roundabout turn left and the church is approximately 150 yards on your right.
From M1 South - Leave the motorway at Junction 6 and follow the signs to St Albans. At the Noke roundabout take the first road junction to Chiswell Green. Continue straight on to the city centre then follow the direction (From City Centre) above.
Leave the A1 at Junction 4 and take the first exit at the big roundabout - A6129. At the next roundabout turn left and then take the second exit at the next roundabout - almost straight on into Coopers Green Lane. Follow this road to the end (approx 1.5 miles) and turn right at the roundabout. Go straight across the next roundabout and at the traffic lights turn right into Marshalswick Lane. At the second mini-roundabout turn right. The church is approximately 150 yards on your right.
Leave the M25 at Junction 21a and follow the instructions for M1 South
We are located 1.8 miles from St Albans City Station, which can be walked in approximately 35 minutes via Clarence Road and Sandpit Lane. There is a taxi rank at the station.
By bus the Intalink routes S8 and S9 serve Marshalswick but there is no bus service on Sunday.
